  2. Subject to compliance with WWCO’s legal obligations referred to immediately below, WWCO will retain Your Information in confidence and will not provide Your Information to any third parties without your prior consent.

  3. Where WWCO is obliged to comply with any court orders or other directions from authorised bodies (such as the police) to disclose any or all of Your Information, we will endeavour to inform you of that disclosure as soon as reasonably possible.

Alteration and application of terms

  1. WWCO reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, with or without further notice or explanation to you.

  2. If any part of these Terms are found to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable then that part will be deemed to be severable from the balance of these Terms and the severed part will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Victoria, Australia.

  2. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria to determine any dispute arising out of these Terms and/or your use of the Site.
